• To development and maintain sound business practices, ethical code of conduct, Standard principles and practices between insurance agents, IRDA & Insurance companies.

• To make correspondence, arrange meeting & seminars in a lawful manner for the development of insurance agents.

• To provide professional guidance and special services and utilities to the insurance agents to solve their difficulties, grievances and function in their best interest.

• To play a role of facilitator between government, regulator and insurance company for the industry as a whole.

• Take up the matter with Income tax authorities and regulatory to enhancement of the limit of commission income from Rs. 5000/- to Rs. 3 (Lac) for the purpose to Tax deduction at source (TDS).

• To Print, Publish and Circulate Bulletins, Periodicals, Booklets, Pamphlets & Tax Books Concerning the business of insurance & others in India and elsewhere.

• To provide a forum for exchange of views on matters relating to sales, product and others.

• To evolve and recommend new innovative and dynamic procedures and solutions for legal, technical or managerial problems areas in the field of insurance agents business and other related areas.

• To promote, sponsor and programs and activities and to take actions including submitting memorandum and representation for development of insurance business.

• To study, analyze and represent to Government of India, Regulatory for the best interest of insurance agents.
